It still brings a tear to my eye and it is the first time my entire family ever watched a Japanese music program together with no complaints ... because even my Mum liked Momoe from all the dramas we watched.

I think it's no surprise that she feels sad. Even if she was forced, it's like leaving a family, emotions do get in the way.
