Almost 3 years

How time flies.. almost 3 years ago today, she was transferred to ICU.. I said I love you to her for the first time and the last time, she said we would talk again when she woke up and we would go on a cruise when she finished her chemo treatment..a present from me...she never woke up..one week after mother's day on Victoria day, she left without saying goodbye..she left us while we took a 5 min break from the ICU to grab some lunch..she left us without letting me and my sister holding her hands till the end of her journey..she decided to go peacfully without having anyone she loved around her..
